General Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CAE/Simulation Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative structural solutions for various products through effective execution of CAE analyses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in linear statics and/or normal modes analysis.  The ideal candidate should have good Finite Element Modelling and Finite Element Analysis experience and should be proficient in using HyperWorks as a pre/post-processor and ABAQUS or OptiStruct as a solver.

- Conduct various stiffness/strength and modal analyses at the component, subsystem, and system levels to evaluate the structural integrity and basic dynamic performance of the same.
 - Develop finite element models using HyperWorks covering meshing and apply suitable boundary conditions to set up the model for analysis.
 - Use ABAQUS or OptiStruct to carry out linear statics and/or normal modes analysis.
 - Use ABAQUS or OptiStruct to carry out inertial relief analysis and provide solutions based on the results.
 - Post-process simulation results using Hyperworks and come up with design solutions to meet performance targets.
 - Prepare clear and concise reports summarizing simulation results and conclusions.
 - Correlate simulation results with experimental data to effectively guide the product development process.
 - Actively participate in product development process at the project level, providing technical expertise and insights based on the FEA results
 - Collaborate with engineers from other departments to understand design requirements and integrate simulation results into the development process.
 - Develop and maintain simulation libraries and templates to streamline the simulation process.
 - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in linear and modal analysis techniques and software tools.
 
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
 - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in carrying out linear statics and/or normal modes analysis using Hyperworks as pre/post processor and ABAQUS or OptiStruct as the solver.
 - Strong understanding of linear static and/or modal analysis principles.
 - Strong understanding of inertial relief analysis methods
 - Should have experience in the automotive or construction equipment industry.
 - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
 - Strong technical written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex technical information to a variety of audiences.
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
