- Carry out the electrical wiring of machines, ensuring all connections are properly insulated, terminated, and labeled according to the project specifications.
- Verify the functionality of machine wiring by conducting tests and troubleshooting as needed.
Electrical Diagram Interpretation:
- Read, interpret, and work from electrical wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints to execute the wiring and installation of electrical systems accurately.
- Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in electrical diagrams before and during installation.
Troubleshooting and Maintenance:
- Diagnose and resolve electrical issues within panels and machine wiring, utilizing tools and techniques to quickly identify faults.
- Perform regular maintenance checks on electrical panels and machine wiring, ensuring all systems are operating efficiently and safely.
PLC and HMI Systems:
- Work with PLC and HMI panels, ensuring correct wiring, and functionality of these systems within the electrical control panels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve wiring related issues, related to PLCs and HMIs, .
Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with relevant electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Maintain a safe working environment by following all company safety protocols and guidelines.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate documentation of wiring configurations, changes, and troubleshooting steps.
- Provide detailed reports on completed work, including any issues encountered and resolved.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in electrical panel wiring and machine wiring, with a focus on welding fixtures.
- Extensive experience in troubleshooting and maintaining electrical panels, particularly those involving PLC and HMI systems.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
- Basic understanding of PLC and HMI systems, including their wiring, basic programming, and troubleshooting.
- Skilled in the use of electrical testing tools and diagnostic equipment.
Problem-Solving:

Education:
