Ingstron's Engineering and Manufacturing Vertical involves End to End Turnkey Project and Program Management, Product Design & Development and Manufacturing, & Industrial Automation.
 
  • The Project and Program Management arm has access to inhouse multidisciplinary experts enabling it to take on projects of varying sizes in almost any Engineering and Manufacturing environment. These resources are also made available to augment the needs of various OEMs on a need basis.
  • The Product Design and Development arm involves providing Vehicle Concept development, architecture definition, and strategy. This includes Vehicle validation through the use of CAD, CAE, and Simulation software. Homologation, Physical testing, and Localization services are also offered.
  • The Manufacturing and Industrial Automation arm has the capability to undertake both Greenfield and Brownfield projects involving Full Vehicle Plant set - up with expertise in Stamping, Body Shop, Paint Shop, and General Assembly. This includes End of Line Test Systems, Material Handling systems like Conveying Systems, ASRS, and AMRs. Services include Condition Monitoring, Design and Build of SPMs, and Industry 4.0 and IIOT capabilities.
