General Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Multi Body Dynamics (MBD) Simulation Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of ride and handling analysis and solutions for vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle dynamics simulation using MSC ADAMS, ADAMS-Car and ADAMS-Tire, and will be passionate about coming out with design solutions to meet performance expectations.

- Develop MBD (Multi Body Dynamics) models and carry out simulations to predict vehicle ride and handling characteristics at the chassis and vehicle level, using MSC ADAMS, ADAMS-Car, and ADAMS-Tire.
- Conduct virtual testing and analysis to evaluate vehicle performance in various driving conditions including ride comfort, handling stability, steering feel, and suspension, chassis and powertrain-related metrics.
- Analyze simulation results in ADAMS canvas to identify design improvements and optimization opportunities.
- Prepare clear and concise reports summarizing simulation results and conclusions.
- Correlate simulation results with experimental data to effectively guide the product development process.
- Actively participate in product development process at the project level, providing technical expertise and insights.
- Collaborate with engineers from other departments to understand vehicle design requirements and integrate simulation results into the development process.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in vehicle dynamics simulation technology and industry best practices.
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Mechanical /Automotive Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in vehicle dynamics simulation with a focus on ride and handling simulation using MSC ADAMS, ADAMS-Car, and ADAMS-Tire.
- Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics principles including chassis or suspension systems, tires, steering, powertrain, and drivetrain components.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong technical written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex technical information to a variety of audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
