Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage invoicing and accounting.
- Organize and maintain office files and records.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
- Prepare items for packaging and shipping, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist with general office organization and decluttering.
- Perform light cleaning to ensure a tidy and welcoming workspace.
- Paying attention to details is essential.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Dependable and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative as a self-starter.
