General Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated CMS (Content Management System) Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, updating, and migrating website content across various platforms. A self-starter with basic knowledge of HTML and CSS and prior experience with CMS platforms like Umbraco, WordPress, or similar systems would be highly advantageous.

Location - Eastern Time Zone, Remote
  • Add, update, and manage website content using CMS platforms.
  • Perform content migration tasks, ensuring accuracy and quality across pages.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain consistency in branding and messaging.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot CMS-related issues, ensuring seamless website functionality.
  • Optimize website content for usability and accessibility standards.
  • Provide recommendations for improving workflows, content organization, and system capabilities.
  • Support cross-functional teams with content-related requests and updates.
  • Experience in content migration projects.
  • Familiarity with accessibility and usability standards.
  • Prior experience in a digital marketing or web management role is a plus.
  • Proven experience with CMS platforms such as Umbraco, WordPress, or other similar systems.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for light customizations and troubleshooting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
